Strain and filter your honey with ease with this Carl Fritz honey straining bundle 

Our CFM strainer set is a very effective tool if you want to sieve up to 500 kg of honey a day (great for beekeepers with up to 50 hives)

This bundle consists of a quality Carl Fritz 125kg tank with loose lid and 2 taps, fine and coarse conical nylon strainers, Dana Api Therma coiled heater, stainless steel perforated cone.

How to use this Straining Bundle

1. First you hang the fine conical nylon strainer in the tank and secure it with the supplied clamping ring. 

2. Next, put the perforated sheet cone into the nylon strainer and hang the heating element inside. 3. Then put the coarse round sieve on top.

4. To process the honey, the lower tap remains initially closed, so that the honey level rises to the upper outlet tap. 

5. Set the heating element Dana api Therma II at approx. 60 - 65 ° C, so that the honey can flow through quickly. 

6. The upper tap is left open, allowing you to drain the filtered honey into buckets or other tanks

The manufacturer states that since the honey only comes into contact with the heating element for a short time due to the constant release, the honey does not suffer any damage.
