Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch items as soon as we receive your order, usually within 1-2 working days.

Orders under 2kg in weight are usually sent via Royal Mail 48hr service whilst heaver items will be sent via one of our couriers - DPD or APC Overnight UK.

If you have not received your order after 5 working days please email orders@gwenyngruffydd.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address you have us and the products will be yours from that time.

For orders outside the UK, please email us at orders@gwenyngruffydd.co.uk for a delivery quote as overseas orders are charged at cost on a direct weight and size basis.

Express Shipping (Next Working Day) 

Your order will be shipped via either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD/APC Overnight UK and delivered the following working day. Please place your order by 12pm (Mon-Fri) to ensure it is despatched the same day, otherwise it may leave the following working day. Orders placed on weekends are sent the next working day.

Items Not Received

Please do contact our Customer Service Team if you have not received your order or if you have experienced any issues with your delivery. We will investigate all issues as quickly as possible with our Warehouse Team and our designated courier.

Please note that we will be unable to re-send or refund for an order that has been lost in transit until the investigation has been resolved with the courier company, as once the package has left our warehouse it is no longer under our control. These investigations can take up-to 10 working days. 

Should an investigation raised with a courier company conclude that their evidence points to the delivery of the parcel, then unfortunately there is nothing further we can do.  You must contact us within 7 days of the date you were expecting delivery if it has not arrived, otherwise we will likely be out of the time frame that the courier company is able to hold additional evidence for and as such we will be unable to investigate fully.

Items Damaged In Transit

Although every effort is taken to ensure that our parcels are well packaged when they leave our warehouse, accidents do occasionally happen. If an item you have received arrives broken or damaged in any way, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please email our Customer Service Team with clear pictures of the damaged items and we will investigate fully to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.
