Overwintered Langstroth Nucs
Our overwintered Langstroth nucs are among the earliest bees available each season.
These nucs are established colonies that have successfully overwintered and are already strong by early spring.
They are normally:

New Season Langstroth Nucs
Once overwintered nucs are sold out, our new season Langstroth nucs become available.
These colonies are created during spring using carefully selected Buckfast queens.
New season nucs are typically available from mid-May onwards once colonies have built up strongly.
