Our Welsh Chunk Honey offers you the best of both worlds with pale summer Welsh Honey combined with a luxurious chunk of pure cut comb honey.

Chunk honey (Mêl Talpiau in Welsh) is a combination of extracted honey and pure honeycomb floating in golden pale liquid honey, produced by bees foraging on the hedgerows and meadows of rural Wales. 

Mild yet deliciously floral, this chunk honey is scrumptious spread on toast, on porridge, as part of a cheese-board, or our personal favourite is pear and walnut salad with chunk honey drizzled on top! This is simply the best of both worlds.
