The Swienty DANA® api MATIC 500 is a compact, professional honey filling and bottling machine developed specifically for smaller-scale and hobby beekeepers who want to move on from filling honey jars manually.

Designed and manufactured by Swienty in Denmark, the DANA api MATIC 500 brings the precision, reliability and professional technology of the established DANA honey filling machine range into a compact unit suitable for honey producers processing up to approximately 1 tonne of honey per year.

Its computer-controlled gear pump provides accurate, repeatable dosing from 10g upwards, with a precision of ±2g. More than 20 filling programmes can be stored, making it particularly useful if you regularly fill several different jar sizes.

Simply save your commonly used filling settings and recall them when changing between different jars or fill quantities.

Self-priming – draw honey directly from your tank or bucket

One of the key advantages of the DANA api MATIC 500 is its self-priming pump.

Rather than having to lift honey into a hopper above the filling machine, the supplied 1.5 metre, 38mm (1½") hose allows the machine to draw honey directly from a suitable bucket or tank positioned at a lower level.

This creates a more comfortable and efficient honey bottling setup, reducing the repeated lifting and handling associated with manual filling.

The compact design also makes the DANA api MATIC 500 particularly suitable for smaller honey rooms and processing areas where space is at a premium.

Accurate filling with less honey wasted

Accurate dosing helps reduce unnecessary overfilling.

When hundreds or thousands of jars are being filled, even a few additional grams of honey in every jar can quickly add up. The DANA api MATIC 500 delivers consistent, programmed doses with a specified precision of ±2g, helping to minimise overfilling and reduce product waste.

Filling quantities start from just 10g, with dosing available in grams (g), millilitres (ml) or ounces (oz).

Save 20+ filling programmes

If you bottle honey into several different jar sizes, you don't need to programme the machine from scratch every time.

The DANA api MATIC 500 can store more than 20 programmable filling settings, allowing you to save the settings used for your different jar sizes and quickly recall them for future bottling runs.

For example, settings could be stored for mini honey jars, standard retail jars and larger jars, making changing between different products considerably quicker.

Please note: the DANA api MATIC 500 is a programmable dosing machine rather than an integrated trade-approved weighing scale. A % of filled jars should be checked using appropriate weighing equipment as part of your normal packing and weight-control process (normally 1-3%)
