Langstroth wooden Crownboard 

The wooden crown board or 'cover' is positioned between the roof and the body of the hive.

Composed of a plywood top and a pine frame used to keep the hive warm in winter.

It can, during winter periods, be lined with insulation placed between the frame cover and the roof, thus ensuring optimal insulation of the colony.

Equipped with a closable feeder hole and a cap, this frame cover will allow you to place an open fondant bag or a feeder for liquid syrup for your bees.
