This genuine JZBZ push-in cell protector is built for one specific job in a queen rearing or queen breeding programme: protecting a ripe queen cell at the exact moment it matters most — introduction into a new colony.

How It Works

Place the protector over the queen cell, then push its spiked base straight into the drawn comb of the brood nest. The bees can still reach and care for the cell through the protector, but the cell itself stays shielded from damage while the colony gets used to it — giving you a genuinely high acceptance rate without needing a separate introduction cage.
