Always trim the wick to 3mm before lighting

The product it’s self is fantastic, beautifully made, but when it was delivered it was only in its delivery package box, bit gutted. Iv had products before and they were in a lovely presentation box. So had to give it as a present within the box it was delivered, didn’t have time to get new box.
