Press-In Queen Catcher Cage

A press-in queen catcher designed for safely trapping and protecting the queen bee directly on the comb during hive inspections or queen introduction.

This simple tool allows the beekeeper to secure the queen in place on the comb without picking her up, reducing the risk of injury or losing her during handling.

Easy to Use

The catcher is gently pressed into the comb around the queen, trapping her safely beneath the cage while still allowing worker bees to move freely through the gaps.

This makes it ideal when:

• locating queens during inspections
• marking queens
• temporarily isolating the queen on the frame
• introducing a new queen to a colony

Stainless Steel Pins for Secure Placement

The stainless steel pins slide easily into the comb, holding the cage firmly in position without damaging the frame.
