Welsh Heather Honey - Mêl Grug Cymreig
Delicious Welsh heather honey gathered from across the Welsh uplands. Unique amongst honeys with it's dark amber colour and protein content which produces a jelly like consistency. This is a very special honey, amongst the finest and rarest of Welsh honeys and is our only mono-floral honey on offer.
Cold pressed, and coarsely filtered to retain utmost quality. Heather honey includes higher levels of pollen particles due to the coarse filtration.
Perfect to enjoy with cheeses, on toast, breakfast cereals, smoothies or just on it's own!

I love this honey. It has a richer flavour, something that reminds me of something a little akin to treacle (Atleast to me it does) and the texture is great. Overall it's very yummy. :D
I keep going for little spoonfuls of it. I can't help myself.
Oh M gee I have to say hand on heart ❤️ as a type 1 diabetic I normally don't use jams and honeys day to day but oh m gee I bought quite a few to try my mum loves honey a honey expert and having an uncle who had bees and made wild Heather honey up here in rural Perthshire in Scotland oh m gee the honey is absolutely divine to die for its absolutely amazing and spot on the taste the texture the design the packaging the pricing the delivery 💖 absolutely sheer perfection xx I also want to add I use honey 🍯 in the repair process as a diabetic it even helped heal a pesky leg ulcer but the honey 🍯 is a little gem 💎
