Our honey is minimally filtered and always unpasteurised. Crystallisation will naturally occur.

A wonderful taste of Wales, as are all the products. Each honey has its own taste so you can ring the changes depending how you want to use it. The jars come beautifully wrapped so would make lovely gifts just as they are, packaging is excellent. There is absolutely no comparison to supermarket honey, it is a whole new 'world of honey', and I will definitely be reordering.
This is a set honey but not too set, love it on toast and bread, a real treat.
You just know it is carefully made with love. ❤️
