I love your honey, it tastes amazing, and I have bought a smaller size a couple of times through Amazon. As this big jar of honey is available on your site, I decided to place the order on here this time.
It arrived, and I opened the package with excitement only to find the whole honey all set solid. I know that this is a natural product and unpasteurised honey and that this is nothing to do with its quality deterioration. If it is gently warmed up, it turns back into runny honey again. I know that too.
But the whole 1kg of solid honey is very disappointing. I wouldn’t have bought it if I had known that it was so. I wanted to enjoy smooth runny honey at least for the half of the content.
I will never purchase this big size ever again.
