I recently aquired a nearly new Thomas Centrifuge for cleaning wax cappings and processing heather honey that didn't have the inner nylon mesh liner. A quick call to Gwenyn Gruffydd and they established they could source the filter from Thomas in France as they were newly appointed agents. A few weeks later the filter arrived and it has been pressed into service immediately to process honey-rich wax cappings from our decapping process and also the heather honey that we produce from the New Forest.
The quality of the honey spun using the filter is exceptional and I am grateful for the speedy turn around and supply of the part for what is a truly exceptional piece of honey room equipment for our operation.
