A sustainable and far more durable alternative to the well-known nylon cheesecloth is now available for the Melitherm AR.

Due to its material the new stainless steel fine strainer with a mesh width of 0.30 mm contributes to an optimal heat distribution on the bottom and thus allows the honey crystals to melt much faster, which makes the process more efficient.

An additional plus is the uncomplicated and fast cleaning of the strainer.
