Wooden Handle Bee Brush
A traditional bee brush with wooden handle, designed for gently removing bees from frames during hive inspections or honey harvesting.
The brush features three rows of soft synthetic bristles, allowing bees to be moved carefully without damaging comb or harming the bees.
Gentle Bee Handling
Bee brushes are useful when removing small numbers of bees from frames or combs during hive work.
The soft bristles help move bees away without crushing them, making it a useful tool during:
• Hive inspections
• Honey harvesting
• Frame handling
Important Usage Advice
Bee brushes are best used occasionally for removing a few remaining bees from combs.
We do not recommend brushing large numbers of bees from frames or supers, as excessive brushing can make colonies agitated.
Many beekeepers prefer to shake frames first and brush off the remaining stragglers.
Traditional Wooden Handle
The pine wooden handle provides a natural feel and good balance while working the hive.
The long handle gives comfortable reach across frames during inspections.
