Stainless Steel Strainer with Nylon mesh stocking 

Compatible with the Lega 50 and 100kg settling tanks / ripeners

The strainer has a diameter of 310mm, has 3  x folding supports and a 275 micron nylon mesh stocking to filter the honey.

This is an effective filtering system after honey extraction to remove impurities present in the honey and once filtered, the honey will settle in the ripener ready for decanting.

The nylon cloth bag allows a very effective filtering, specially designed for honey.

Filter and the folding supports are in food-grade stainless steel, in full compliance with regulations on equipment in contact with food.

Nylon canvas bag can be replaced and spare bags can be purchased separately.

External supports are in steel so the filter will resist the weight of the honey during processing, without risks of breaking or falling into the ripener.

Like ripener, this filter is made within the Lega factory, which makes it Made in Italy but above all Made in Lega.
