The kit combines Quarti's advanced Series 500 electronic extractor motor with electric safety lid lock with the required polycarbonate extractor lid, providing the principal components needed to convert the compatible manual extractor to powered operation.

Upgrade Your Existing Manual Extractor

Quarti Series 500 Electronic Motor

At the heart of the conversion kit is Quarti's sophisticated Series 500 electronic extractor motor (S134C80).

The electronic membrane control panel provides a choice of manual or automatic operation.

Manual Operation

In manual mode you can control:

• Start / Stop
• Increase or decrease the extraction speed
• Reverse the direction of rotation

This gives you direct control over the extractor throughout the extraction process.

Programmable Automatic Operation

For larger harvests and repeated extraction cycles, the motor can also be operated automatically.

The electronic control system features two programmable memories, allowing extraction cycles to be configured and memorised for subsequent use.

This makes it possible to establish an extraction programme and then repeat it across successive loads, reducing the amount of manual intervention required during a busy honey harvest.

Electric Safety Lid Lock

The S134C80 motor incorporates Quarti's electric lid safety locking system.
