Professional 150cm stainless steel honey uncapping table from Carl Fritz, designed for two-person working with height-adjustable legs, mobile castors, large cappings collection tray and capacity for approximately 25–30 honey frames.

The CFM Carl Fritz 150cm Professional Uncapping Table provides a substantial, purpose-built workstation for efficiently uncapping honey frames before extraction.

Designed for two people to work simultaneously, this large commercial-quality uncapping station is manufactured from 1mm stainless steel and combines a spacious working area with a large removable inner container and integrated strainer base for collecting beeswax cappings and allowing valuable honey to drain away.

At 150cm long, it also provides storage space for approximately 25–30 honey frames, making it an excellent choice for bee farmers and beekeepers processing larger honey harvests.

Professional Two-Person Uncapping Station

When processing larger numbers of supers, having a dedicated uncapping workstation can make a considerable difference to the efficiency and cleanliness of the honey harvest.

The generous 150cm length allows two people to work at the table, making it particularly suitable for busy honey houses where frames need to move quickly from uncapping through to extraction.

The table can be combined with Carl Fritz's optional uncapping supports and accessories to create a dedicated professional frame-processing station.

Large Removable Cappings Tray with Strainer Bottom

As frames are uncapped, beeswax cappings and honey are collected in the large removable stainless steel inner container beneath the working area.

The container incorporates a strainer / sieve bottom, allowing honey to drain away from the wax cappings rather than leaving the cappings sitting in recovered honey.

This helps separate two valuable hive products during the uncapping process:

  • Beeswax cappings remain within the straining section
  • Drained honey collects beneath for recovery

The inner container can be removed, making cleaning and handling the collected cappings considerably easier.

Holds Approximately 25–30 Honey Frames

The table provides storage space for approximately 25–30 frames, giving you somewhere convenient to hold frames as they move through the uncapping process.

This is particularly useful when two people are working together or when processing multiple supers during a larger extraction session.

Rather than continually moving frames between separate boxes and work surfaces, the table becomes the central uncapping station within your honey house.

Height Adjustable – 87 to 120cm

Comfort matters when you're spending hours uncapping frames.

The table incorporates height-adjustable legs, allowing the working height to be adjusted from approximately 87cm to 120cm.

This generous adjustment range allows the table to be configured to suit the users and the layout of your honey processing room.

Mobile with Lockable Castors

The uncapping table is mounted on wheels, allowing this substantial piece of equipment to be repositioned within the honey house when required.

Two wheels can be locked, providing stability once the table is positioned for use.

This is particularly useful in multi-purpose honey rooms where processing equipment needs to be moved between harvests or when cleaning the room.

Honey Drainage Outlet

The table incorporates an outlet to which the supplied honey valve can be screwed, allowing recovered honey that has drained from the cappings to be drawn off from the table.

This makes it much easier to recover honey from freshly removed wax cappings rather than allowing it to go to waste.

The generous 150cm working area, two-person design, 25–30 frame capacity and adjustable working height make this CFM table particularly well suited to larger honey houses and expanding beekeeping operations.
