Product Information

The CFM Honey & Wax Separator is designed to process uncapping wax and honey mixtures quickly and efficiently. The separation process uses centrifugal force to extract honey from wax without the need for additional filtration equipment. This results in cleaner processing, reduced downtime, and improved efficiency throughout the honey house.

Its large-capacity design makes it ideal for commercial and semi-commercial beekeeping operations processing significant volumes of honey throughout the season.

Features

Continuous High-Capacity Processing

Designed to process up to 300 kg of honey and wax mixture per hour, making it ideal for large honey harvests and commercial extraction facilities.

Centrifugal Honey Recovery

Separates wax from honey using centrifugal force rather than strainers or filter systems, improving efficiency while reducing maintenance requirements.

Integrated Heating System

The built-in thermostatically controlled base heater can be adjusted from 0°C to 85°C, ensuring optimal flow and separation performance under varying honey conditions.

Direct Extractor Feeding

The 36 cm inlet height allows honey and wax mixtures to feed directly from an extractor into the separator, creating a streamlined extraction workflow.

Direct Filling Into Storage Tanks

The elevated honey outlet valve allows separated honey to flow directly into settling tanks or storage containers without additional pumping equipment.
