Obviously the usual amazing customer service goes without saying. This is my third smoker, I wish it had been my first. Build quality is excellent, hardly any smoke leakage and lasts a long time when filled up. Definitely recommend.
We already had two smokers but I knew this one is the best so decided to buy it , it’s superior to the others . It’s a bit more expensive but worth the readies ,you get what you pay for

This is a top draw smoker. Lights really easy and like another reviewer said, if you use wood pellets it burns for hours. Have to leave mine outside to burn itself out. Only drawback I found with wood pellets is you get a bit of residue that can glue the lid shut. Great service from Gwenyngruffydd.
