Painting with Masonry paint on the outside is advisable to prolong life expectancy of the hive.
National Polystyrene Hive Parts manufactured in Denmark by Swienty. Excellent quality and 100% compatible with timber national hives and other poly hives. Polystyrene is 45mm thick / density 100g/litre.
Took a little longer than expected though it was the Christmas period.
All the equipment arrived in good condition as it had been packed very well, and the prices were competitive.
