Dadant Smoker 4 x 7 Stainless Steel with Shield - Small (standard)

Not used this yet, (used a friends), but it is an absolutely quality smoker. Way better than the cheap first smoker I bought and expect it to last much longer. Cost is what you pay for quality thank you.

I struggled to justify the cost of this to myself - in fact, declared it to be a birthday present from my wife. That said it's so much better than the cheaper one I had been using for a start the lid doesn't fall off every time you open it and the design makes it seem unlikely to be a worry in the future. The little stand inside doesn't fall out or get wedged upside down either. It doesn't have a perforated "filter" in the nozzle so it won't get blocked by soot and tar like the old one. It just feels heavier and a better quality built to last.

So far very impressed, I used the cheap ones and found after a couple inspections it was falling to bits. So tryed this one, a lot more solid , stays alite and easy to use .well worth paying a few more quid.

Delighted with this smoker. I bought it to replace my older cheaper one. Using the same fuel (cardboard & wood shavings) it stays alight much longer. Well worth paying a little more for a good quality product.
