Enjoy this Welsh Heather Honeycomb at its purest, harvested straight from the hive. This honeycomb is made by bees foraging the Heather flower during late summer across the beautiful rural Welsh moors.
This Heather honeycomb is cut straight from the beehive and is a truly delicious treat, perfect for cheese boards or breakfast. This is in its most natural state and the whole comb can be eaten with the beeswax lightly chewy. This is a distinct aromatic honey that has a jelly-like in consistency and is highly prized.
This delicious honey is sourced from across Wales; from our own beehives and from our bee farming friends.

I Must admit I was buy heather cut honey from a farm down south near me, but they’ve closed down after me using them for a few years…
I thought I’d be mildly disappointed but when I received my bounty, I did one of them in a week BECAUSE ITS SO FECKING SCRUMPTIOUS 😍
In fact I’m buying some more right now in case this review wipes you out of my preferred tipple on my toast, fruit loaf’s, even Co-ops cheese and jalapeño sourdough bread 😜
