The service was amazing with same day dispatch overnight..
The product was ok albeit it doesn't sit level for the settling tank it's designed for. I have both filters and both have been bought from here including the settling tank.
They're all great quality, but this particular filter just wouldn't sit level which can be a bit disconcerting when pouring in 15kg of honey at a time. Although it was tilted, it didn't tip over and I was able to filter without issue.
There wasn't much difference between the fine and ultra fine so we decided just to filter without issue the coarser filter and it worked brilliantly.
