Welsh Heather Honey - Mêl Grug Cymreig

Delicious Welsh heather honey gathered from across the Welsh uplands. Unique amongst honeys with it's dark amber colour and protein content which produces a jelly like consistency. This is a very special honey, amongst the finest and rarest of Welsh honeys and is our only mono-floral honey on offer.

Cold pressed, and coarsely filtered to retain utmost quality. Heather honey includes higher levels of pollen particles due to the coarse filtration.

Perfect to enjoy with cheeses, on toast, breakfast cereals, smoothies or just on it's own!
