Welsh Heather Blend Honey, also known as our Mountain honey is a stunning blend of Welsh Heather and Welsh Wildflower Honey, just as the bees made it.
Produced near the Black Mountains on the eastern side of Carmarthenshire this unique and special honey takes on the sweetness of the diverse lowland wildflowers in the area and the intense earthy Heather honey. The consistency is a smooth set, almost jelly like consistency.

I ordered 2x different honey's and a honeycomb all are delicious but this has to be my personal favourite out of them. It goes well on toast, in cakes and is stunning with fresh yoghurt.
