I first bought this some many years ago from (I think) Amazon and loved it. I remember that it wasn't then available direct from Gwenyn Gruffydd and as I was trying not to use Amazon, didn't buy it again until recently I thought I'd see if I could now get it from GG, so Googled "Welsh compost" - and there it was! I am delighted. Ordering was quick and easy, delivery was prompt. And it is peat-free and terrific. What's not to like?

My wife has been using this marvellous compost for over ten years now. Its texture and pH are excellent for seeds through to full grown plants. This year she has grown successfully from seed Corbea scandens and there have been very few failures. Regular crops of peas, tomatoes, sweet peppers, radishes, potatoes are all grown and thrive in the compost. A fantastic company to deal with.
Perfect organic peat free compost.
The plant thrive just fine, it doesn’t dry out quite as quickly as other peat free composts. It’s made from green waste and best of all it’s organic. Would highly recommend. Handy to buy at the same time as the honey.
Great compost and prompt delivery. The only downside is the £19 delivery cost so ordering numerous bags is the best option
