These bags are made from hessian. Hessian is a natural material made from the jute plant.
Uses:
Bee keepers love using jute and so do we here at Gwenyn Gruffydd! The jute is used as fuel and burn it in the smoker to produce a long lasting smoke to calm the bees.

Condition is used and the’ve been cut to get the beans out. The tear can be on the base or on the top. There is also a hole where the hook held them up whilst opening the bags.
