French Blossom honey
A delicious honey that is harvested in rural central France by a fellow bee farming colleague.
The bees there have access to similar forage that we have here in Wales with some similar herbs and flowers. The bees are positioned close to chestnut plantations and organic beef cattle farm where there's an abundance of wildflowers as grazing is light and the fields are often left fallow.
The honey is an excellent accompaniment with cheeses, for cooking and everyday use.

Quite a different taste with this honey, stronger than the wildflower honey, but equally as delicious. Darker in colour but still sunshine in a honey pot! Can definitely recommend it x
